We are seeking a skilled Fractional Chief Financial Officer to join our team on a part time basis. The Fractional CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, providing strategic financial guidance, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

## QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial management position
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with executives and lead a team

## RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop financial strategies in line with the company’s goals and objectives
- Work alongside current bookkeeping firm
- Manage the financial planning and analysis process
- Oversee financial reporting and compliance
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
- Guide financial decision making and strategic planning
- Collaborate with executive management to drive financial success

## ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Part time availability to fulfill the role of Fractional CFO
- Experience working in a fractional or consulting capacity is a plus
- Knowledge of financial software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
