We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented individual who excels at identifying challenges and streamlining the contracting and negotiating process. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth collaboration across the organization to solve problems effectively. The ideal candidate will leverage technology and workflows to enhance efficiency and make a significant impact.

**Responsibilities**

*   Direct the overall contract management function, including internal and external stakeholder relationship management, issue resolution, and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and complex contract administration.
*   Partner with business leads to navigate complex operations.
*   Drive cross-functional efforts to manage contract risks and contain costs.
*   Develop and refine deal-to-contract strategies and procedures, ensuring adherence to internal policies and business controls.
*   Collaborate with cross-functional business leads on strategic initiatives, such as aligning new contract strategies with new project delivery strategies.
*   Work with cross-functional business leads on operational initiatives, including budget planning and financial commitment monitoring, building contract templates and clause libraries, contract review processes and procedures, and managing risks and supplier relationships.
*   Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with internal (customers and business partners) and external (suppliers) entities to address complex contracting issues effectively.
*   Serve as a liaison between the business and legal teams to resolve business and legal risk issues during contract formation, negotiation, and post-execution administration. Coordinate resolutions to key business issues with Legal, Risk Management, Corporate Contracts Governance, and Compliance teams.

**Qualifications**

*   Proven experience in directing overall contract management functions.
*   Strong partnership skills to work with business leads on complex operations.
*   Ability to drive initiatives for managing risks and cost containment in contracts.
*   Experience in developing and improving deal-to-contract strategies in compliance with internal policies.
