We’re hiring a senior HOA/PMC executive who can immediately open doors and help us become a credible, serious player in the US market. This is a **high-impact fractional role** focused on **channels, partnerships, and market intelligence**, with a clear 90-day deliverable scorecard.

## What You’ll Own

**Immediate value (0–90 days): Channels & Access**

- Activate a strong network in **CAI (Florida chapters preferred)** to generate qualified introductions.
- Secure strategic relationships with **PMCs, LCAMs, and industry vendors** (legal, CPA, insurance, payments, reserve studies, etc.).
- Advise on the most strategic events/sponsorships (where to invest and where not to).

**6–12 months: Market Intelligence & GTM**

- Provide practical insights on Florida HOA pain points and compliance realities (e.g., Statutes **718/719/720**).
- Validate real buying dynamics: budget cycles (often Oct–Dec), decision committees, objections, and win/loss patterns.
- Help refine ICP, segmentation, and positioning to improve conversion rates and sales velocity.

**12–24 months: Product Direction**

- Prioritize “must-have vs. nice-to-have” features based on revenue and retention impact.
- Guide integration strategy across the HOA/PMC ecosystem.
- Shape compliance-related product requirements into a scalable roadmap.

## What Success Looks Like (90-Day Scorecard)

- **10+ qualified introductions** with Tier A/B PMCs or key decision-makers (with meetings scheduled).
- **2+ strategic vendor partnerships** with clear terms and measurable outcomes.
- A documented **GTM + buying process playbook** (budget cycle, committee map, objections, messaging).
- Clear recommendations on positioning and “category language” that matches how the market actually talks.

## Required Experience (Non-negotiable)

- **15+ years** in the US HOA/PMC space.
- Former executive leadership at **AppFolio, Buildium/RealPage, Yardi, Condo Control and other software providers**, or a mid/large PMC.
- Proven track record driving growth in B2B software for HOAs/PMCs (channels/alliances preferred).
- Strong, active **CAI network** (Florida chapters a major plus).

- You can demonstrate real outcomes (pipeline generated, partnerships built, conversion improvements).
- You’re hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable operating with a lean team.
- You’re credible on stage and in writing (webinars, panels, articles) and know how to convert credibility into pipeline.
