#### Position Overview

Water Source Solutions is seeking a positive, reliable, and experienced **Fractional Head of HR** to support our growing team. This role plays a key part in strengthening internal operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting leadership with strategic people initiatives.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple HR responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

#### Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment and on boarding processes
- Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Provide employee relations guidance and conflict resolution support
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Advise leadership on workforce planning and HR best practices
- Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation
- Help cultivate a positive, productive company culture

#### Qualifications

- 5+ years of progressive HR experience (HR Manager level)
- Experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and integrity
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)

#### Compensation & Work Arrangement

- **Pay:** $50.00 - $250.00 per hour
