**Job Summary**

Wellspring Psychological Services, Inc. is a growing outpatient mental health practice entering a new phase of expansion. We’re seeking a hands-on **Fractional CFO** with strong **controller-level reporting experience** to support financial planning, forecasting, and leadership decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Build an operating **budget** and implement budget vs. actual reporting
- Create forward-looking **cash flow projections/forecasting**
- Provide controller-level financial reporting and analysis
- Identify margin drivers (labor, utilization, pricing, overhead, etc.)
- Track key KPIs (payroll %, collections trends, productivity/utilization, etc.)
- Support expansion planning with break-even and profitability analysis
- Deliver clear, actionable recommendations to ownership

**Qualifications**

- Fractional CFO, CFO consultant, senior controller, or finance leader experience
- Strong forecasting, budgeting, and reporting skills
- Service-based business experience preferred (healthcare/behavioral health a plus)
- Practical, clear communicator with an action-oriented approach

**Opportunity for Ongoing Support**

This is a 2-month engagement with the potential for a **long-term advisory relationship** (monthly stipend) for continued financial oversight and periodic strategic guidance.

**Compensation:** $7,000/month

**Term:** 2 months (10–20 hours/week)
