Job Description
Principal Technical Account Lead (12 month contract)
Location: Canada
What you'll get the opportunity to do:
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise and mid-market retail partners, guiding them in adopting and maximizing Flipp's solutions
- Develop tailored technical strategies and solutions that drive engagement, performance, and long-term partner success
- Lead onboarding and manage end-to-end delivery of integration projects and strategic initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Analytics to influence roadmap decisions and advocate for partner needs
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives that demonstrate business impact
What you'll bring to the team:
- 8+ years experience in technical account management, client services, solution consulting, and/or project management within a technology-driven environment
- 2+ years experience with demonstrated industry experience in client services, technical pre-sales, technical account management or project management
- Strong ability to manage client relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments with confidence
- Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfort working cross-functionally with teams like Product, Engineering, Sales, and Analytics
- Solid understanding of web technologies such as APIs, JSON, and JavaScript (or similar)
- Ability to problem-solve creatively, handle objections, and apply technical solutions to business challenges
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is an asset, but not required
- PMP or similar project management experience is a plus
Compensation:
Canada Base Hiring Range: $125,000 - $135,000 CAD
