    • I was a critical part of their growth from $7B to $9B in revenue in less than two years. I led the entire company through a rebrand, and hired a staff from the ground up, in addition to hiring and managing an external PR firm, design agency, and contractors. I built their sales/marketing support function from scratch. Here I also developed a deep understanding of impact investing and the landscape of alternative investments including affordable housing tax credit syndication, opportunity zones, and more. When I decided to open my own firm, Alliant Capital signed on as my first client, underscoring the quality of my work.
    • Head of Communications and Marketing for the company and its affiliates; aligning marketing and communications activities with overall business goals. Responsible for oversight of the company's marketing department and ownership of MarComms strategy, brand, digital marketing, PR, social media, content, and event activities.
    • Led the company through a rebrand including the development of a new logo, mission, vision and values statements, font and style guide, key brand messaging, public relations and internal/external communications and marketing strategies.
    • Implement and oversee internal communications procedures to improve the way employees are informed of important corporate activities and enhancing interdepartmental communication, reducing silos across the organization.
    • Ownership of detailed annual events calendar with associated budget including trade shows and other marketing events; working with executives, sales and other departments as needed to achieve ROI.
    • Launch corporate PR strategy including the development and release of press releases and monitoring their performance through the oversight of 3rd party publication relations vendor. Introduction of company thought leadership strategy and creation of supporting materials to ensure success.

    • Work closely with the Americas Sales Team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations. Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs.
    • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends; spearhead multiple high-profile marketing initiatives based on these trends, such as highlighting the management of a mobile diverse workforce, Legal Duty of Care best practices, LGBT travel awareness, the rise of bleisure travel and the changes in the industry based on millennial travelers. Set thought leadership goals and write, publish and distribute whitepapers , managing relationships with subject matter experts and influencers for contribution.
    • Execute highly complex, well attended webinars from start to finish. Lead promotion, email distribution, follow up, analytics, liaising with speakers and moderators, developing content, and script writing.
