Launched Civitas Learning's Administrative Analytics Solution
Brought together disparate capabilities and led development of critical new capabilities (which were identified through deep buyer/user discovery & research) into a unified solution, to achieve product-market fit. Directly led all parts of go-to market, from user research, product development, engineering team/scrum management, product marketing, pricing & packaging, sales enablement, and even directly had a seat on the sales team to build out consultative selling model. 3X revenue, 50% reduction in churn.

Built out step-by-step resources for sales team to effectively assess and validate buyer problems, build a coalition to address those problems, develop a solution and get buy-in for it, and ultimately navigate deal closing. Leveraged deep experience working with education leaders in the product development capacity, and my direct experience in navigating long-cycle, complex, government procurement processes to inform this selling process.

Developed campus instructional coaching playbook for Dallas ISD regional campuses
As instructional coach and department chair, I established a support plan for 10-teacher math team, and case management system for at-risk students which led to a student pass rate on the state test of 76%, as compared to a 38% pass prior year. With this success, I was asked to co-author a handbook of our methods, that was used across campus leaders in south Dallas to drive similar results.
