My specialty is enterprise software and helping startups scale their business through product-led growth. This includes partnering with customers in the discovery process, crafting a product strategy & roadmap, and building a culture of consistent project execution.


I was most recently a Senior Director of Product at Slack where I helped build the Enterprise Grid product from the ground up and scale it to several hundred million in revenue. Prior to my work at Slack, I was a PM at Google where I worked on Android and Google Maps.

    Slack Connect Product Strategy

    In my final year at Slack I led the Slack Connect team which included rebuilding the product strategy and roadmap. Slack Connect is a critical feature for Slack because it's how organizations use Slack to work with their partners, customers, vendors, etc. It turns Slack into a network of organizations who collaborate with each other.


    I crafted the new strategy through a process that included discussions with the executive team to align on the long term vision, meetings with customers to understand their needs, and feedback from many internal stakeholders. I then worked with the product managers on my team and our cross-functional partners to turn the strategy into a product roadmap for the next year and we began building it.

    • Took over as product lead for Slack Connect and was responsible for rebuilding the product strategy and PM team. I reset the team by hiring 3 PMs, redefining the product strategy and roadmap, and delivering features to unblock enterprise customers
    • Led the product team responsible for Slack’s administrative experience and analytics, with a focus on large enterprise customers. Scaled adoption to deployments of 5,000 to 100,000 users
    • One of two product managers responsible for the initial creation of Slack’s Enterprise Grid product. I worked across all aspects of the product and was responsible for the roadmap, product requirements, running customer pilots, and project execution
