    One of my favorite projects from my time at FleishmanHillard - to drive awareness of Google Store amongst a very desirable audience, the young and influential SXSW attendees we concepted a giant toy claw machine that dispensed Google Store products. 


    The installation was a hit! People waited in line for an hour for a chance to win a Nexus 6 phone, Pixel C tablet, or a Chromecast. To capitalize on social media opportunities, a photo dome was added inside the center of the machine, and image sharing was encouraged using #GoogleStoreClaw.


    There were 21K Periscope followers throughout the week, over 2400 Twitter mentions, and 27M impressions on Twitter and Instagram.

    I joined IBM in 2017 to build an Internal Social Agency, global strategy and operational model for one of the worlds largest and most iconic tech brands.


    If you look at IBM's LinkedIn page which grew to over 14M followers while I was there, you'll see my team's impact from truly tailoring content for social, to building a more cohesive look and feel across all content, or even finding the right balance of topics from brand stories and employee highlights to product know-how and thought leadership.


    Over my 5-years there we redesigned its channel strategy, centralized resources/technology/etc and worked across the marketing organization to bring "social-first" creative to both paid and organic social across IBM's portfolio.
