ClearStake

I led the design and research of how to create checks that are quick and simple to complete, but provide the data required to legally satisfy the check.
How it's going so far:
🚀 500% increase in customers completing onboarding.
🚀 70% increase in revenue per customer.
🚀 60% reduction in staff time allocated to assessing customers.
🚀 2.4x rise in player engagement after UX overhaul.

Allbricks
https://www.builtbyhumans.xyz/work/allbricksAllbricks was designed as a revolutionary product in the property technology space. Utilising a new legal framework, we allowed everyday people to crowdfund the purchase of their home with a deposit of just £10k.
Joining the project as the founding designer in 2020, I created and led the design process across the company. Working with customers to create a truly customer-led design process. We met with over 70+ stakeholders to conduct research and identify the value to the user.

📍 Design the underlying framework and user journeys.
📍 Design a scalable and fully responsive platform.

Designed the MVP for the Allbricks product, through a very involved customer led design process culminating in over 50+ user interviews and 10+ focus groups. Leading this project was a career first and a true challenge, especially with such tight financial regulations, such as the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
