## Fractional Remote CPA

**Position Type:** Fractional, Contract

**Compensation:** $50.00 - $100.00 per hour

**Work Location:** Remote

### Requirements & Qualifications

- Well-versed in Tax Donations and real estate transactions
- Familiar with Form 8283 + not-for-profit accounting
- Experience with audited statements for grants
- Compliance expertise
- Knowledge of Private Equity, Debt, Real Estate

### Preferred Skills

- Access to private capital (interested in funding smaller single-family flips for a 12% return secured by a 1st mtg, trust deed, etc.)

H2H assists the AT RISK community, we assist, addicts, those in abusive situations, and those re-entering the community from jail or prison as well as the homeless who choose to change their life.  We assist with, interim, intermediate, and long-term housing,  with counseling, life skills, job training/job placement, assistance navigating the legal system, family reunification, driver's license. We have assisted over 15,000 individuals to realize a better life.
