### The Opportunity

This is a high-impact interim leadership opportunity to shape and lead Finance Business Partnering across Landmark. Working directly with Business Unit Leaders, senior leadership and the Chief Financial Officer, you will turn complex financial and operational performance into clear commercial insight, constructive challenge and decisive action. You will combine leadership of the partnering team with hands-on support for key business areas, helping the organisation strengthen financial discipline, improve performance and make commercially informed decisions at pace.

### Key Responsibilities

*   Leading, coaching and developing the Finance Business Partnering team, setting clear expectations for quality, pace, commercial focus and stakeholder impact.
*   Partnering with Business Unit Leaders, senior leadership and the Chief Financial Officer to provide insightful analysis, recommendations and constructive commercial challenge.
*   Leading partnering input into planning, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring assumptions, risks, opportunities and actions are robust and clearly understood.
*   Translating financial and operational performance into concise, forward-looking insight that supports strategy, business goals and Group priorities.
*   Supporting revenue growth, margin improvement, cost discipline and profit delivery by identifying practical actions and prioritising the highest-value opportunities.
*   Raising standards across business cases, investment appraisal, benefits tracking, reporting, forecasting and commercial decision support.

### About You

You are a commercially minded senior finance leader who combines strong technical expertise with the credibility to influence at executive level. You can simplify complexity, challenge constructively and build trusted relationships, while giving your team the clarity and support to deliver at their best. Comfortable operating at pace, you bring sound judgement, personal accountability and a continuous-improvement mindset.

### Required Qualifications

*   A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant senior-level experience in finance business partnering, commercial finance or FP&A.
*   A strong track record of leading, coaching and developing Finance Business Partners or comparable commercial finance teams.
*   Excellent commercial acumen and analytical capability, with the ability to turn complex financial data into clear executive-level insight.
*   Hands-on experience of budgeting, forecasting, performance management, business case review, investment appraisal and KPI tracking.
*   Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, together with confident use of management reporting tools; Power BI or similar experience would be advantageous.
*   An influential and credible communicator who can present recommendations clearly, challenge senior stakeholders constructively and build strong working relationships.

**The Opportunity**

This is a key interim leadership opportunity to maintain strong financial control, governance and operational finance delivery across Landmark. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead financial accounting and transactional finance activities, ensuring a robust month-end close, disciplined cash and working capital management, audit readiness and compliance with accounting policies and controls. Alongside stable day-to-day delivery, you will provide reliable financial information to finance leadership and support targeted improvements to processes, systems and controls.

**Key Responsibilities:**

*   Maintaining a strong internal control environment across financial accounting, transactional finance and cash management, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies and regulatory requirements.
*   Leading the financial accounting team to deliver an accurate and timely month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations and reporting submissions.
*   Overseeing credit control and purchase ledger activity, including debt collection, supplier payments, operational service levels and working capital discipline.
*   Supporting cashflow forecasting, bank reconciliations and working capital reporting, providing clear insight on cash, debt and supplier payment performance.
*   Maintaining audit readiness, support statutory and Group reporting requirements, and ensure internal and external audit actions are progressed promptly.
*   Leading, coaching and supporting the finance operations team while driving practical improvements to data quality, reporting accuracy, process efficiency and financial controls.

**Required Qualifications:**

*   A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong experience in financial control, financial accounting or finance operations.
*   Strong knowledge of internal controls, balance sheet governance, month-end close processes, reconciliations and financial reporting.
*   Experience managing transactional finance activity, including credit control and purchase ledger operations.
*   Experience supporting audit, statutory reporting or Group reporting requirements, with a clear focus on accuracy, evidence and compliance.
*   Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to provide clear operational finance updates, identify risks and manage competing priorities.
*   A collaborative people leader with experience of coaching teams and improving finance processes; multi-entity or Group finance experience would be advantageous.
