Railyard Urgent Care is Santa Fe’s only dedicated urgent care clinic operating on a solely walk-in basis, 7 days a week, to ensure quality medical care with the shortest possible wait times. We provide exceptional urgent care services in our patient-centered, state-of-the-art clinic located in the heart of Santa Fe at 831 S. St. Francis Drive, just North of the red caboose.

  

In addition to adult and pediatric urgent care services, we provide wellness and preventative medicine, seasonal care, occupational health as well as flu shots and vaccinations. Our friendly, Spanish-speaking physicians and staff provide excellent care with the shortest possible wait times. We put patients first.

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Fractional Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive recruiting expertise to identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates across various industries and roles. As a key player in our organization, you will drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and foster strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. This position offers the flexibility of a fractional engagement, allowing you to make a significant impact while managing your own schedule. Duties
------

*   Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior, technical, and high-volume roles across multiple sectors, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
*   Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), talent management software, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and HR systems like Workday, Taleo, or iCIMS.
*   Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing through research, cold calling, and leveraging social media platforms to generate quality leads and build talent pipelines.
*   Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
*   Facilitate interview processes by coordinating schedules, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate fit based on technical skills and cultural alignment.
*   Ensure compliance with employment & labor law in all recruitment activities while maintaining HR legal compliance standards.
*   Support onboarding initiatives such as employee orientation, employee evaluation, and employee relations to ensure a positive transition for new hires.

Skills
------

*   Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
*   Proven experience in talent acquisition including executive recruiting, campus recruitment, high-volume recruitment, technical recruiting, and full cycle recruiting.
*   Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System), talent management software (leveraging Kronos, PeopleSoft), ATS (iCIMS), Workday, Paychex or similar platforms.
*   Deep understanding of employment law in talent management as well as HR legal compliance standards.
*   Expertise in candidate sourcing techniques such as research, social media management (recruitment), cold calling, lead generation, and relationship management.
*   Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
*   Knowledge of training & development practices including succession planning and employee development strategies.
