**Job Title: Senior Data Expert – Data Discovery & Governance**

**Duration:** 3–4 Month Contract (Potential Extension)

**Type:** Remote / Project-Based

**Job Summary:**

Seeking a senior Data Expert with strong experience in **data discovery, classification, cybersecurity, data protection, governance, and lifecycle management**. The consultant will lead enterprise data discovery and classification initiatives, evaluate data security/governance tools, and support **Collibra integration**.

**Key Responsibilities:**

*   Lead data discovery, inventory, classification, and governance initiatives.
*   Evaluate tools including **OneTrust, BigID, Varonis, Cyera, Delphix, RecordPoint, Collibra, and Microsoft Purview**.
*   Conduct stakeholder workshops and lead Proof-of-Concept (POC) evaluations.
*   Assess classification accuracy, security, scalability, integrations, usability, and metadata flow.
*   Develop recommendations, implementation feasibility assessments, and a roadmap.

**Must-Have Skills:**

*   Enterprise Data Discovery & Classification
