• Community Connections Pastor (Part-Time): Mentor, educate, and mobilize students to engage in Grant County in spiritually formative ways while fostering collaborative relationships with community partners. Funded by a Lilly grant through September 30, 2026.

• Instructional Designer (Part-Time): Work within the Future Learning Lab to strengthen existing courses. Evaluate course analysis and recommendations, then accept, adapt, or reject each recommendation and implement resulting design changes.

• Adjunct Faculty - Strategic Intelligence, Cyber Threats, and Expository Writing: Lead courses bridging technical analysis and strategic decision-making, covering cyber threat intelligence, strategic risk assessment, and professional expository writing.

• Adjunct Faculty - Data Analytics, GIS, and Research Methods: Facilitate courses on technical and quantitative competencies for intelligence and crime analysis, including research design, statistical analysis, GIS, and AI applications.

• Adjunct Faculty - Criminal Law, Court Procedures, and Privacy Law: Teach online undergraduate students legal foundations of intelligence and crime analysis, including criminal law, judicial processes, and national security/civil liberties balance.

• Admissions Counselor - Wesley Seminary (TPS): Recruit students for Wesley Seminary with excellent knowledge of degree programs and target audiences, serving prospective and admitted students in Theological Programs in Spanish.

• Event Technology Services Technician: Provide technical support to ECCS constituents at Chapel Auditorium, PPAC, Student Center, and outdoor venues. Some evening and weekend work required.

• Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director of Major & Planned Gifts (Part-Time): Provide administrative, financial, and organizational support including calendar management, donor hospitality, meeting coordination, correspondence, and stewardship activities.

• Partnership Executive: Represent nontraditional programs to external organizations to develop enrollment pipelines. Assigned to a vertical and region with extensive travel and in-person engagement expectations.

• Academic Advisor: Provide academic advising and student support services for online and onsite National & Global students. May work hybrid (2 days office, 3 days remote).

• Clinical Counselor (Part-Time): Provide educational and therapeutic support to undergraduate students. Must be a Christian committed to the Lordship of Christ and respectful of the Wesleyan tradition.

• Assistant Esports Coach - Mario Kart (Part-time): Oversee the IWU Mario Kart program by attending practices and matches, providing feedback, managing rosters, and monitoring academic progress of student-athletes.

• Admissions Transfer Specialist (Part-time): Support enrollment of transfer students by showing how previous college work applies to IWU degrees. Assist with outreach and support transfer admissions counselor.

• Housekeeper (1st Shift & 3rd Shift): Assist Lead Housekeeper with routine cleaning and custodial care for assigned facilities, operate janitorial equipment, and perform special cleaning projects.

• Enrollment Specialist: Coordinate all processes related to new class starts including course section records creation and student registration.

• Program Director of VIA Journeys: Launch, pilot, and operationalize VIA Journeys as a flagship initiative within the Academic & Ministry Strategic Innovations unit. Bring entrepreneurial leadership and execution discipline.

• Admissions Specialist: Verify, review, and evaluate application materials for National & Global Education programs to determine admission status and maintain admission files.

• Vice President of University Advancement: Serve as chief advancement officer and President's Cabinet member. Provide strategic leadership for fundraising, donor engagement, alumni relations, and advancement operations.

• Assistant Vice President for University Advancement and Campaign Operations: Serve as chief operational advisor to VP for University Advancement. Provide leadership for departmental operations, project management, and organizational effectiveness.
