Senior/Lead Product Designer, Design Systems

Overview

With a growing team, we are seeking a Senior Product Designer to enhance our design systems, ensuring alignment across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Partner with design and engineering teams to improve UI components and strengthen our token system.
• Utilize research and feedback to enhance design system usability for designers and engineers.
• Review and recommend improvements to design systems with a focus on accessibility.
• Communicate with designers and engineers to ensure components are implemented accurately.
• Participate in design critiques and present work to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Optimize design system for use with AI tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio in design systems (6+ years).
• Mastery of design software, including design systems with variables.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility.
• Familiarity with front-end software development languages and practices.
