Who you are
- You must be available to start in July 2026 and be available for the full duration of the fixed-term contract
- 4+ years of relevant international HR Business Partner experience, supporting GTM departments
- Experience in the tech industry, ideally from hyper-growth SaaS companies
- Proven track record of successfully positioning as a trusted partner and impacting teams and leaders
- Strong commercial mindset and business acumen, you are able to “speak the language” of the Go to Market teams
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing environment - able to contextualize quickly and pivot effectively
- Collaborator and team player - an inclusive mindset and ability to build great relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills
- Holds analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, experience in using data to identify insights and trends that drive action, and exercises solid judgment
- Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated project management and change management experience
What the job involves
- We are looking for an interim HRBP based in our London office to support our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization, focusing on Consulting (Sales) and the global Revenue Growth organization
- In this role, you will be supporting leaders and employees to successfully scale our business, evolve our culture, and enable teams to go above and beyond
- Design, support, and execute people-related strategy at scale
- Provide strategic business partnerships, thought partnerships, and coaching at all levels of the organization - specifically partnering with regional senior leadership to shape and align people and business strategies, influencing key decisions and priorities
- Proactively assess the team and organizational needs and root causes, make recommendations, guide informed decision-making, and implement appropriate solutions
- Lead complex organizational change and workforce planning initiatives to support sustainable growth and long-term business readiness
- Strengthen leadership capability and organizational culture by fostering alignment, engagement, and high performance across teams
- Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including org design, performance management, talent management, recognition, change management, and team building to support the team's growth and individual development plans
- Partner with various HR Functions (i.e Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, L&D etc.) in order to ensure successful support of the business units in various ways - recruiting, engagement, headcount management, training and development, and to ensure cultural alignment
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement of HR practices, proactively identifying challenges and introducing innovative solutions
