Senior Go To Market Recruiter
Job Description
Role
Who you are
- We're looking for someone who loves the hunt, thrives in startup ambiguity, and knows how to win passive candidates who have other options
- Agency experience serving cybersecurity or high-growth tech plus in-house startup experience is the ideal combination
- Sound interesting? Let's talk if you want to be part of the next big leap in security innovation!
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with time both spent at an external agency supporting cybersecurity or software development companies and internally
- Own the entire GTM req load end to end — intake, sourcing strategy, screening, interview design, close, and offer negotiation — operating with full autonomy and accountability for the funnel
- Strong sourcing muscle: building target lists, engaging passive talent, and crafting outreach that converts
- Proven track record hiring enterprise/field sales in B2B SaaS, ideally spanning AEs, SEs, and sales leadership
- Comfortable operating in startup environments and ramping quickly on complex technical domains
- Naturally curious, resourceful, and energized by uncovering hard-to-find talent
- A clear, confident communicator who builds trusted relationships with candidates and hiring leaders
- Even if you don't fit every requirement above, we believe in the power of diverse perspectives and experiences, so we encourage all talented individuals to apply—there's no one-size-fits-all here
What the job involves
- Endor Labs is looking for a high-impact GTM Recruiter to own and scale hiring across our go-to-market organization — with a particular focus on building out our enterprise sales team (AEs, Sales Engineers, and sales leadership) alongside Marketing, CS, Partnerships, RevOps and Sales Development
- This is a sourcing-first, full-ownership role: you'll personally build the pipelines, run searches end to end, and compete for in-demand talent in one of the hottest markets in software
- This is a 6-month Contract-to-Hire role
- Own end-to-end recruiting across technical and business functions, from initial intake to offer
- Build and nurture strong candidate pipelines using various outbound methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox AI, Meetups/Events, etc.)
- Proactively map target accounts, competitors, and niche talent pools relevant to cybersecurity and software development
- Partner directly with sales leadership to scale the enterprise sales org — quota-carrying Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and first-/second-line sales leaders — alongside marketing, CS, and partnerships hiring
- Run effective, structured kickoff meetings and act as a trusted partner to hiring managers
- Understand the business goals and product direction to anticipate future talent needs
- Deliver a high-touch, transparent, and thoughtful candidate journey from first outreach to offer close
- Track pipeline health, funnel conversion, and sourcing yield; share insights to drive decision-making and process improvements
- Mapping competitors and niche pools, and crafting outreach that pulls in passive candidates who aren't looking and already have offers on the table
- Participate in strategic talent initiatives and help refine interviewing rubrics, scorecards, DEI sourcing approaches, and calibration processes
Work Arrangement: Remote from US
Level: Mid and Senior
About the Company
Company mission
To build the foundational company for one of the most defining shifts in modern software development.
Endor Labs is one of the fastest-growing companies in application security, building tools for a world where software moves at breakneck speed. The platform protects both traditional and AI-generated code by combining deep analysis with automation, so teams can identify and fix vulnerabilities before they reach production.
Its impact is clear too. The company is now protecting over 5M applications and running more than a million scans weekly, serving customers like OpenAI, Rubrik, and major financial institutions. As AI-written code introduces new risks, the platform helps teams stay fast while maintaining security.
The company raised an oversubscribed $93M funding round in 2025, supported by DFJ Growth and Salesforce Ventures, to accelerate the expansion of its AI-driven AppSec Platform. With this rapid growth and strong customer retention, Endor Labs is ready to position itself as a key security partner in the evolving AI-powered software landscape.
