Built a global supply chain network from the ground up, enabling a bootstrapped e-commerce startup to operate seamlessly across 16 countries. Designed end-to-end systems for sourcing, inventory management, and logistics while optimizing processes that reduced costs and improved product availability. Balanced strategic foresight with operational execution, fostering a team culture that prioritized efficiency, adaptability, and customer satisfaction.
Led strategic planning, analytics, and operations for supply chain and logistics across multiple roles, including creating data-driven strategies, managing large-scale cross-border initiatives, and improving customer delivery experiences. C3 is a carbon inset platform that aims to make decarbonizing supply chains more accessible and profitable for businesses globally. To directly address the challenge of global Scope 3 emissions reductions, C3 issues tradable financial instruments called carbon inset credits. These credits track and value decarbonization efforts within supply chains. C3's mission is to accelerate carbon neutrality by bridging shortcomings in the financing, policy and emission reduction systems. We do this by providing a financial system for cost/benefit-sharing and de-risking of investments through tradable inset credits.

We are driven by the excitement of building technologies, inventing products, and providing services that change lives. We embrace new ways of doing things, make decisions quickly, and are not afraid to fail. We have the scope and capabilities of a large company, and the spirit and heart of a small one.Together, Amazonians research and develop new technologies from Amazon Web Services to Alexa on behalf of our customers: shoppers, sellers, content creators, and developers around the world. Our mission is to be Earth's most customer-centric company. Our actions, goals, projects, programs, and inventions begin and end with the customer top of mind. You'll also hear us say that at Amazon, it's always "Day 1." What do we mean? That our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon's very first day - to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and focus on delighting our customers.
