    I led the technical teams responsible in acquisition and activation stages.


    Everything at Bolt moves at 1000mph and it requires hands-on leadership to build processes that wouldn't slow down the pace and yet deliver on the business goals and customer outcomes.


    Empowered Pre-sales solutioning teams with buyer enablement material, access to demos and wireframes, technical fit framework with an intention to bring high-quality wins to the activation pipeline. Once the deal is won, I built the plumbing needed to handoff and go through various stages of activation lifecycle. High velocity without sacrificing the quality of implementation was the KPI of the Implementation team. Hiring and retaining a high-performing team of Implementation engineers and Solution architects with e-commerce tech stack experience is not an easy feat. I was able to build a solid team of 12 in less than 2Qs while also scaling their skillsets.


    Activated 80+ new customers in a span of 2yrs and collaborating with Customer Success partners to aid in NRR of 97%+ and an average transaction CSAT of 4.2

  • Integrate cross-border payments

    Solutioning for a financial institution to partner with Ripple's cross-border payments solution requires an in-depth understanding of both sending and receiving country requirements. While this can be done easily, the real challenge is scaling the customers for future connections. This required standardizing messaging framework and catering to ISO20022 standards.


    This project is an example of several partners enabled with Ripple's solution. Standardizing the solution design across global architects and financial institutions with caried requirements led us to faster time to market as well as maturing the FI customers and their understanding of the new payments landscape.
