As lovers of reading and the planet, we are convinced that individual initiatives, combined, can change the world. And our efforts are already paying off: a used book has a carbon footprint 3.5 times lower than the Ademne carbon footprint of a new book. Since our creation, we have thus saved 1,000 tons of CO2 (a Carbon Footprint certification carried out by [Natural Development](https://naturaldevelopment.fr/) ). And we're not stopping there; every day we continue to improve in order to limit the impact of the book industry.

### Role Overview

La Bourse aux Livres is seeking a Fractional CMO to take a strategic perspective on marketing and support the company through its next growth phase. The role involves steering and having real weight in business decisions.

### Responsibilities

*   Provide an overall vision on marketing topics and serve as strategic advisor to management
*   Define annual marketing objectives and associated trade-offs
*   Build and lead the influencer strategy
*   Structure the pricing strategy
*   Influence product strategy in connection with business challenges

### Required Qualifications

*   Confirmed B2C experience
*   Experience managing a marketing department
*   Ability to navigate between strategic vision and broader business topics (pricing, product)

### Work Arrangement

*   Freelance mission, 1-2 days per week
