We operate a long-standing Jewish singles and events business with decades of brand recognition, an established customer database, and live events in major U.S. markets. We have a significant opportunity to reinvent the brand for today's generation of Jewish singles. Our challenge is to make an established Jewish singles brand culturally relevant again—particularly to women—and build a modern growth engine around it.

**Fractional | Remote | 10-15 Hours/Week**

What You'll Own
---------------

You will be responsible for developing and leading the strategy across:

*   Brand positioning and modernization
*   Female customer acquisition
*   Meta and TikTok paid advertising
*   Instagram, TikTok and organic social
*   UGC and creator strategy
*   Influencer and partnership opportunities
*   Email/SMS/database reactivation
*   Landing-page and conversion strategy
*   Event marketing
*   Customer segmentation
*   Creative testing
*   Growth analytics and reporting

You do **not** need to personally execute every function. We want someone capable of determining what needs to be done, building the strategy, managing the necessary resources and being accountable for results.

**Why should a single Jewish woman choose our community or event in 2026 instead of Hinge, Bumble, JSwipe, another singles event—or simply staying home?**

And then turn that answer into a brand and growth strategy capable of attracting thousands of Jewish singles.

What We're Looking For
----------------------

Ideally, you have experience growing one or more of the following:

*   Dating apps or dating businesses
*   Live events
*   Nightlife/hospitality
*   Consumer communities
*   Membership businesses
*   Female-focused consumer brands
*   Lifestyle brands
*   Consumer apps

You should understand both **brand and performance marketing**.

We're especially interested in people who understand how TikTok, Instagram, creators, UGC and paid social work together rather than treating them as separate channels.

First 90 Days
-------------

We expect the person in this role to:

1.  Audit the existing brand, customer base and marketing.
2.  Identify why female participation/acquisition has weakened.
3.  Develop updated positioning and messaging.
4.  Create a modern content and creative strategy.
5.  Build a paid + organic acquisition plan.
6.  Develop a creator/ambassador strategy.
7.  Build a reactivation strategy for our existing database.
8.  Establish clear growth KPIs and reporting.
9.  Begin testing the new strategy in selected markets.
10.  Present a roadmap for scaling nationally.

How We'll Measure Success

We care about outcomes, not activity.

Key metrics will include:

*   Female registrations
*   Female CAC
*   Male/female registration ratio
*   Overall CAC
*   Registration conversion rate
*   Paid social performance
*   Organic audience growth
