**Role Overview**

We're seeking a Fractional Marketing Project Manager to help us move faster. This is a no-code, execution-focused role supporting our VP of Marketing as we scale our go-to-market engine. You'll be the person who keeps campaigns on track, landing pages live, and Asana organized so our marketing team can focus on strategy and creative.

If you're better than us at Asana management and/or building landing pages in Webflow, we want to talk.

**Key Responsibilities**

- **Asana Management:**
  Own the organization and flow of marketing tasks in Asana. Move cards, update statuses, ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and keep the team accountable to deadlines.
- **Landing Page Development:**
  Build and update landing pages in Webflow for ad campaigns, content offers, and product launches. You'll work from existing templates and brand guidelines—no design work required. This is a NO CODE POSITION. There will be developers to support you, but we still need the hands-on-keyboard execution of building the pages in the designer.
- **Strategy & Support:**
  Coordinate with designers and copywriters, handle light HubSpot updates, manage file organization, and take on whatever else comes up to keep the marketing engine running. (Within reason)
- I wish we could start affiliate management/marketing. I wish we had more help running and building hosted events. Bonus points if those things are exciting to you. No promises, though, lol.

**What We’re Looking For**

- **Experience managing projects in Asana**
- **Proficiency building pages in Webflow**
- Familiarity with HubSpot and the general structure of a functional B2B SaaS startup
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- **Have ideas? Awesome! Can you present them in an effectively organized way to the leadership team?**
- Comfortable pushing back in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities shift. Keep us slow. Keep us smooth. Be reasonable and flexible. Yell at us when we’re out of line, please.
- Clear communicator, especially async via Slack

We’re seeking a Fractional Account Executive (AE) with a proven track record in SaaS sales; ideally with experience selling to global Enterprise audiences. This is a consultative sales role focused on qualifying and closing high value opportunities.

As a QueryPal AE, you’ll partner closely with a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will deliver warm, qualified, meetings from inbound and marketing-sourced leads. Your primary responsibility is to run the funnel after discovery calls, deliver tailored product demos, and convert prospects into free trials and paying customers. Our Founders and Product leadership team will support AEs in a Sales Engineer (SE) capacity when technical requirements are more complex.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Conduct discovery calls to align pain points with QueryPal’s value proposition.
- Deliver compelling product demos that highlight QueryPal’s AI-driven capabilities for Customer Experience and Support teams.
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from qualification through close.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to relay customer insights and feedback.
- Maintain accurate deal tracking and stage progression in HubSpot CRM.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly conversion targets from demo to trial and from trial to bookings.

**What We’re Looking For**

- 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably targeting Enterprise or Mid-Market buyers.
- Background selling to Customer Support, CX, or Customer Success leaders (VP/Director-level preferred).
- Strong understanding of AI technology or prior experience selling AI-driven SaaS solutions is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
