Go Fractional works because talent and companies can trust each other and trust us. Here’s what we commit to.

Our commitments

Talent get paid for their work

Companies pay for each billing period up front, and your share goes straight to your Stripe account as soon as their payment clears. If a company ever falls behind, we pursue the invoice on your behalf, including legal action when needed.

Every executive is vetted for the role

Talent are reviewed before joining our network. Then, for each individual job, an executive recruiter prescreens every candidate before we present them to a company.

Your information stays confidential

Talent are contractually bound to keep client information confidential, during an engagement and after it ends, and will sign your NDA. Confidential searches are never posted on our public job board.

The right fit, or a replacement

If a placement isn’t working out, we’ll find a replacement, whether it’s a fractional, contract-to-hire, or full-time placement.

Talent control their profiles

Talent choose whether their profile is public, unlisted (visible only to people with the link), or hidden.

Your data is protected

Sign-in is handled by Clerk, payments are processed by Stripe (we never store card or bank details), and contracts are signed through Dropbox Sign. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Staying safe from scams

Scammers sometimes pretend to be Go Fractional or someone on our team. Not sure a message is really from us? Forward it to support@gofractional.com and we’ll tell you.

How we contact you

• Email from our team comes from an @gofractional.com address. Watch for lookalike spellings such as “gofractlonal”.
• Our recruiters may text or call you directly about roles and engagements.
• Roles, contracts, and payments live in your account at app.gofractional.com.

What we will never ask for

• Gift cards, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or any kind of “urgent favor” involving money.
• Your bank details, Social Security number, or ID by text or email. Payout details are only collected through Stripe in your account.
• To pay, or be paid, outside the platform.
• A fee to apply for a role.

If something looks off

• Don’t reply. Forward suspicious emails to support@gofractional.com and scam texts to 7726 (SPAM).
• If you already sent money, contact your bank right away and report it at reportfraud.ftc.gov and ic3.gov.
