Role Overview
-------------

We are looking for a fractional New Business Manager to support our continued growth in the UK. The role will combine **business development**, **targeted outbound**, **Salesforce ecosystem engagement** and **early-stage opportunity development**, working closely with Tengo's leadership team.

We're looking for someone commercially driven, relationship-led and comfortable creating opportunities from the ground up, continuing the UK go-to-market strategy and outreach already in place across Tengo and Polarite.

What We're Looking For
----------------------

*   **Strong B2B new business / business development experience (essential)**
*   Confident with cold outreach and turning conversations into qualified meetings
*   **Able to research accounts, identify the right stakeholders and build relevant messaging**
*   Comfortable developing relationships with Salesforce AEs and the wider ecosystem (a plus)
*   **Experience within the Salesforce ecosystem is highly desirable**
*   Understanding of AI, CRM, digital transformation or technology consulting is a plus
*   **Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a fractional environment**
