Fractional Director of Production & Operations

Contract Position with Potential for Full-Time Leadership Role

The goal is to bring in an experienced operator who can:

Coordinate multiple fabrication shops and vendors
Improve project visibility and accountability
Manage schedules and deadlines
Oversee logistics and transportation
Support installation planning and execution
Improve communication flow
Help implement scalable systems and processes
Reduce day-to-day operational bottlenecks

The successful candidate should be capable of stepping into an active production environment and helping organize and support ongoing projects immediately.

Engagement Details

Schedule: Approximately 20–40 hours per week
Term: June through October
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
Structure: Open to hourly, monthly retainer
Pay: From $8,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Peekskill, NY 10566
Job Type: Contract, Full-time
