Your Role
As an Interim Director of Analytics, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of reporting projects for different healthcare organizations. Your responsibilities will include gathering reporting requirements, designing and developing reports, conducting testing and validation, and providing post-implementation support. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the reporting projects.
Requirements
For this role you will need to possess the following qualifications:
Certifications
- Databricks certification preferred
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, enterprise data platforms, or related areas, including leadership experience
- Healthcare data experience, including familiarity with clinical data, EHR ecosystems, interoperability, and related healthcare data environments
- Experience designing, building, modernizing, or scaling enterprise data platforms
- Experience with Databricks/lakehouse architecture strongly preferred
Role Focus & Responsibilities
- Technical, architect-level leader who can design and build data platforms, with a strong understanding of the broader data ecosystem without needing to be an expert in every area, such as data integration.
- Will operate within a cross-matrix management structure, with dotted-line relationships to decentralized data resources across the organization.
- Responsible for influencing, aligning, and bringing together decentralized data teams and resources, even without direct reporting relationships.

- Data in Transit: EDI, APIs, and integrations
- Data at Rest: PACS and related data infrastructure
- Data Products: Analytics-focused products designed around consumer/customer needs
