Marketing Business Partner
Location: Elland (with flexibility to work from the office 2 days per week)
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract – 12 months (covering maternity leave)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid working, with two days a week at Head Office in Elland. Flexible hours welcome, including part-time (minimum 30 hrs) or condensed working hours.
Role Overview
You'll lead the execution and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across our Mortars & Screeds and Aggregates & Blocks businesses. Working closely with sales and central marketing teams, you'll deliver marketing campaigns that drive demand, generate opportunities, strengthen customer relationships and support growth. You'll combine creativity with commercial thinking, using performance insights and data to continually refine activity and maximise return.
Success in this role will come from your ability to work at pace, maintain momentum across multiple projects and confidently adapt campaign tactics based on performance against commercial KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
You'll play a key role in ensuring our marketing activity remains customer-focused, data-driven and aligned to business priorities by:
- Campaign delivery and execution

The successful candidate will own campaign delivery, ensuring activities are executed effectively across channels and deliver measurable results. They'll build strong relationships with stakeholders across sales, technical and wider marketing teams and use data, insights and market intelligence to continuously optimise campaign performance and support business growth.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven B2B product marketing experience with a strong commercial and revenue-focused approach
- Significant experience in a senior marketing, marketing business partner, or similar strategic marketing role
- Track record of delivering integrated, ROI-driven B2B marketing campaigns
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align marketing activity to business growth and revenue objectives
- Advanced analytical skills, including GA4, CRM, campaign reporting, and data-driven optimisation
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on campaign planning, execution, and delivery
- Expertise in lead generation, demand creation, and customer journey management within B2B markets
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience managing paid media, digital marketing channels, and external agency partners
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and drive action

- Experience within construction, manufacturing, building products, or other relevant B2B product-led industries
