Logistics Lead (FTC – 12 Months)
The role
As the Logistics Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing the Warehouse and Logistics network whilst ensuring excellent service is maintained in the interim and transition period.
This 12-month fixed-term opportunity STARTING NOVEMBER 2026 has been created to support business continuity while an existing team member undertakes a strategic project assignment.
What you'll be responsible for
Understand business requirements across all logistics areas, including warehousing, transportation and distribution; align with business teams on potential projects, priorities and the regional logistics strategy. Work closely with 3PL partners, Procurement and Supply Chain functional stakeholders.
Analyse the current logistics network in each market, identify opportunities for cost optimisation, and lead the execution of agreed improvement projects.
Develop and assess the financial viability of proposed logistics initiatives, including preparing business case analysis to support decision-making.
Improve end-to-end logistics network processes and resolve issues that impact customer service, create unexpected costs, or lead to waste.
Partner with logistics providers and local Market Supply Chain teams to support efficient order delivery and continuously improve service performance throughout the interim period, transition and future-state operating model.
Manage local distribution transition projects for the relevant market, working closely with Procurement, IT, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain teams and 3PL partners to deliver projects on time and with minimal service disruption.
Own reporting for warehouse and logistics KPIs, using performance insights to track progress, highlight risks and support continuous improvement.
We're looking for someone who
Has experience in Warehouse and Logistics network operations (min 3 years) and can operate confidently in fast paced FMCG and/or retail environments.
Brings strong skills in:

- Basic commercial/financial acumen

Degree in Supply Chain Management or similar
