I am passionate about user-centered design. My expertise is in automation and scaling both from 0 to 1 and 1 to 500. I've been an early employee at an AI startup and built the product from ideation to rollout. I also worked at Airbnb where I led product rollouts in over 50 global locations impacting over 2 million global users.
Recently, I have been working as a product coach and consultant. I love advising startups in product related domains. These include areas such as product ideation, product and user journey mapping, feature brainstorming, product and company mission mapping, rollout and growth processes and automation/scaling sustainably.
