    Blockchain Innovation Challenge @ Analog Devices

    I coordinated and launched the Blockchain Innovation Challenge at Analog Devices (NASDAQ : ADI).


    -Karan Kashyap (Posh.tech CEO and Coral Blockchain co-founder) delivered the keynote speech to 300 attendees.


    -The initiative garnered 70+ project submissions and CXO-level recognition.


    -The winner of the challenge implemented a blockchain layer to one of ADI's 9-figure revenue battery management product lines.

  • LiveCirrus | Custom Desktop-to-Mobile Virtualization Solutions

    I joined the technical founder of LiveCirrus as the first business-side executive / co-founder. My work straddled all marketing and business development functions, though I would primarily have called myself CMO.


    -Owned and implemented processes around all sales and marketing activities as the first biz-side exec from branding to collateral development and operations. Bootstrapped the company to seven-figure revenue with no outside investment or oversight.


    -Sourced, vetted, and negotiated terms with third-party web developers, content creators, and graphic designers to give LiveCirrus a sleek, refined, cohesive web, app store, and social media visual presence.


    -Scripted and produced a cost-effective explainer video leveraging a third-party agency. Generated all whitepapers and site content.


    -Drove consumer app downloads from thousands to millions using SEO/SEM/Localization best practices. Leveraged third parties to translate app store metadata and in-app content and CTA's to all English-speaking, German, and Korean markets, leading to 70% revenue growth. Tested various in-app ads and upselling.


    -Led all internal engagement with the Mass Challenge incubation program including pitch presentations, roundtables, showcases, and networking events. Completed the program as a finalist (~95th percentile amongst all applicants and program participants).


    -Built and managed a lean, high-performance sales and marketing team as well as offshore R&D activities.


    -Developed pitch materials and one-pagers to shepherd and vet first enterprise proof-of-concept deployments with global finance, biometrics, pharma data, and e-learning companies including ING Bank, Fidelity, Allergan, Curriculum Associates, Pearson, Synequanon.

    I was the third business-side employee at Carbonite, joining at product launch.


    -Successfully managed zero-to-one affiliate marketing, the emerging VAR channel, bulk sales, and ISP partnerships, straddling email / content marketing, marketing automation, direct sales, and BD / partnerships functions.


    -Reported to and collaborated directly with the C-Suite and board, some of whom are 5x unicorn serial founders.


    -Tested and iterated numerous promotions, trial periods, and discount packages. 1-Year Launch Anniversary 50-unit BOGO promo yielded nearly $50K in 1 week.


    -Scaled the affiliate and VAR channels from inception to 1000+ members yielding triple-digit revenue in year one of the company's lifecycle.


    -Shepherded and orchestrated the first major ISP co-marketing partnerships in company history, Frontier Communications, and TDS.
