### **The Opportunity**

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team on a 3-month contract and support global recruitment in our fast-moving, growth-focused SaaS organisation. This role is primarily focused on GTM hiring across Brand & Design and Sales, with some technical hiring across Engineering and Technical Services.

You’ll partner closely with senior leaders to define what great looks like for each role, translating business needs into clear success profiles and high-quality hiring decisions. This means bringing structure and rigour to role scoping, aligning on the capabilities and attributes that will drive performance, and ensuring we consistently match the right talent to the right opportunity, including specialised and niche positions.

We’re looking for someone who can step in quickly and take ownership. You are senior, highly customer-focused, proactive, and exceptionally detail-oriented. You build trusted relationships with hiring managers, communicate clearly, and drive searches forward with clarity and precision, delivering meaningful impact from day one.

### **🚀 What You’ll Do**

- Lead end-to-end recruitment across primarily GTM roles (Brand & Design, Sales) and selected Technical roles (Engineering,Technical Services)
- Build strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers and confidently guide them through structured and effective hiring processes
- Take ownership of specialised, niche, and hard-to-fill roles with proactive sourcing strategies
- Conduct thoughtful candidate screenings and provide clear, high-signal insights to hiring managers
- Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience from first engagement through to offer
- Manage interview coordination and process flow with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Build and refine job descriptions, interview frameworks, and assessment materials
- Maintain accurate reporting and high data integrity within ATS systems ( we use Greenhouse here)
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and equitable candidate experiences across all functions
