- We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team on a 3-month contract and support global recruitment in our fast-moving, growth-focused SaaS organisation
- This role is primarily focused on GTM hiring across Brand & Design and Sales, with some technical hiring across Engineering and Technical Services
- You'll partner closely with senior leaders to define what great looks like for each role, translating business needs into clear success profiles and high-quality hiring decisions
- This means bringing structure and rigour to role scoping, aligning on the capabilities and attributes that will drive performance, and ensuring we consistently match the right talent to the right opportunity, including specialised and niche positions
- You'll lead end-to-end recruitment across primarily GTM roles (Brand & Design, Sales) and selected Technical roles (Engineering, Technical Services)
- Build strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers and confidently guide them through structured and effective hiring processes
