Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior, technical, and executive roles across multiple sectors.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing ATS platforms like Lever, iCIMS, Workday, and Taleo to identify high-caliber candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews, assessing technical skills and cultural fit while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Manage talent pipelines through proactive research, cold calling, social media management, and relationship management techniques.
- Negotiate employment contracts and employment law compliance to ensure seamless onboarding and employee relations.
- Collaborate with HR teams on employee orientation, performance evaluations, succession planning, and training & development initiatives.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, and Paychex to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, or internal recruiting roles.
- Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Lever, iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with HR sourcing tools such as Salesforce, HRIS systems (PeopleSoft), ADP, UltiPro, Kronos; knowledge of social media management for talent acquisition is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in research techniques for lead generation and candidate sourcing across various channels.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity for relationship management and effective communication across teams.
Compensation & Work Arrangement
- Pay: $65.00 - $85.00 per hour
