Full-Stack Engineer (Full Time - In Office)
Job Description
Most agents today are for coding, but the company is building AI agents for non-technical people, starting with sales teams.
As the team grows, we are looking for a Full Stack Engineer. You’ll move between classic SaaS integration problems, user-facing requests, and AI agent infrastructure.
This position targets a competitive base salary (around a six-figure range) and a meaningful equity grant (around ~1%+).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with a tight-knit team to develop and implement an AI agent targeting business outreach for non-technical operators
- Engage in hands-on full-stack development, focusing on multi-agent systems and human–agent interaction
- Contribute to an upcoming product launch, ensuring readiness and continued improvement after launch
- Continuously innovate and refine the application layer of AI agents to enhance performance and usability
Qualifications
- 2–5 years work experience at early-stage startups — familiar with production systems and infrastructure ready to scale
- Production experience across the web stack — able to ship across frontend and backend (example technologies include React/TypeScript, Python, and SQL)
- Early-stage ready — interest in joining as one of the first employees in a founding engineering role

Interview Process
Given this is a founding role, there will be a comprehensive process spanning several stages.
