Job Description
Tasks
- Leadership and development of our sales team (3 Sales Reps + external support)
- Ensuring excellent sales execution in B2B enterprise new customer acquisition.
- Active support for critical deals: conducting workshops, accompanying negotiations, securing deals
- Responsibility for pipeline quality, forecasting, and target achievement.
- Close collaboration with Marketing and Customer Success within the Customer Domain
- Preparation and co-design of the scaling of new customer business (towards 2027)
qualification
Must-haves:
- Several years of experience as Head of Sales or a comparable role in a B2B enterprise environment
- Proven success in building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Close proximity to operational reality – you can lead and sell.
- Clarity, consistency, and ownership in decisions
- A hunger for growth, even when things are already going well
Nice-to-haves
- Industry background in HR Tech or Corporate Health
- Marketing or customer success experience

To bridge the gap and manage sales, we are looking for a strong Interim Sales Lead who will take overall operational responsibility for our new customer success and lead our sales team in a results-oriented manner.
