Fractional Franchise Development Lead

Role Overview

Work with Palm Berries on a fractional basis to help build and scale their franchise system. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in franchise development who enjoys working closely with founders during a growth phase.

What you'd help us with:

• Improving franchise lead generation and qualification
• Creating a clearer, more repeatable process for turning leads into signed deals
• Refining franchise marketing strategy and positioning
• Strengthening systems around onboarding, support, and franchisee expectations

Work Arrangement
