Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fractional Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team on a flexible, part-time basis. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in full cycle recruiting to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent across various industries and roles. Duties
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and technical roles, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques across multiple channels including social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing platforms, and talent management software such as UltiPro and Kenexa BrassRing.
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract passive candidates through relationship management, cold calling, and lead generation efforts.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews, assess candidate fit through behavioral and technical evaluation methods, and facilitate candidate sourcing for high volume recruitment campaigns.
- Negotiate employment offers with candidates, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and employment law in talent management.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR systems to maintain accurate candidate records, streamline workflows, and generate recruitment reports.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide guidance on employment & labor law compliance, and support employee orientation and onboarding processes.
- Stay informed on current HR legal compliance standards related to employment law in talent management and ensure all recruiting activities adhere to legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a senior recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role with a focus on full cycle recruiting across technical, executive, or high-volume positions.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively manage candidate relationships and stakeholder expectations.
- Demonstrated expertise in using talent management software such as UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, ATS platforms, or equivalent HR systems.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law in talent management and HR legal compliance standards.
- Ability to source candidates through various channels including social media marketing (recruitment), research methods, and external recruiting networks.
- Experience with HR systems for employee evaluation, employee relations, training & development programs, and succession planning initiatives.
- Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and hiring teams alike.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Compensation & Work Arrangement
- Pay: $89.00 - $130.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 16.0 per week
