I am an accomplished technology leader with a rich background in building and managing high-performing engineering teams in startup environments. My experience spans various stages of company growth, specializing in supporting startups with fewer than 25 engineers, but with the versatility and skill to guide larger organizations as needed.
As a founding member of Ring and a co-founder of Edison Junior, its incubator, I bring a wealth of hands-on experience in the tech industry. I have a proven track record of scaling engineering teams from the ground up to over 30 members and have managed larger (+100) teams.

I worked on Ring (formerly DoorBot) as a cofounder of Edison Junior, its incubator.
My responsibilities included planning, hiring and managing Ring's cloud and mobile development team (30 engineers). The role also involved working on the design of the backend services architecture (and initial implementation), coming up with schedules and acting as a stakeholder for the development teams.
