**THE ROLE**

We're looking for an experienced operations leader to own fulfillment, logistics, and retail compliance across all three of our sales channels. This is a project-based engagement focused on strengthening our operational infrastructure as we scale our retail and marketplace presence.

This is a hands-on, decision-making role — not advisory or strategic consulting. You'll be the person accountable for product getting to the right place, on time, in compliance, across every channel.

**WHAT YOU'LL OWN**

• **3PL Management**: Full strategic and operational ownership of our 3PL relationship. SLAs, performance, cost management, and quality across DTC, Amazon, and retail fulfillment.

• **Retail Fulfillment & EDI Compliance**: Ensuring flawless pack-out, accurate EDI documentation, and full compliance with big-box retailer routing and packaging requirements. Biweekly pickup cadence. Zero tolerance for chargebacks or scorecard issues.

• **Amazon FBA Operations**: Inventory replenishment, shipment planning, and FBA compliance.

• **Co-Manufacturer Coordination**: Managing the co-manufacturing relationship for a functional beverage SKU in mass retail — forecasting, production scheduling, and quality.

• **Team Coordination**: Working closely with an offshore fulfillment operations coordinator and collaborating with our production and finance teams on cross-functional operations.

**WHO YOU ARE**

• You've personally managed EDI-based fulfillment to a major big-box retailer — Target, Walmart, Costco, or equivalent. You know what routing guides, chargebacks, and vendor scorecards mean because you've lived them.

• You've managed a 3PL at a strategic level. Not just day-to-day coordination — you've held a 3PL accountable, negotiated SLAs, and known when something was going sideways before it blew up.

• You have consumer products experience. You understand the pace and constraints of a growth-stage business.

• You're comfortable being the most senior operations person in a lean company. No team underneath you. You're both the strategist and the executor with offshore fulfillment & logistics support.

• You're calm under pressure. You don't need perfect systems to function. You can walk into complexity and create order without breaking what's already working.

• You can hit the ground running. Minimal onboarding. You've done this before.

## Creative Lead

Bodily is at an exciting growth stage and we're looking for a Creative Lead to own how the brand looks, feels, and shows up everywhere our customers see us. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role — you'll drive and execute creative direction across digital, social, paid media, email, ecommerce, and packaging, partnering with the CMO for alignment and sign-off rather than waiting for briefs to come to you. If you do your best work when someone else sets the creative concepts, this probably isn't the right fit. If you thrive with ownership and trust, it is.

AI fluency is core to how we expect this person to work — not as a novelty, but as a genuine part of the creative workflow. We're looking for someone who uses AI tools to move faster, unlock better creative, and do things that wouldn't otherwise be feasible on a lean team.

You'll report to the CMO and work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager, Ecommerce Manager, Social Media Manager, and external agency partners across paid, organic and third-party channels.

### How You'll Make Your Mark

**Brand & Creative Direction**

- Own Bodily's visual output across digital, social, email, ecommerce, paid media, packaging, and campaign work — maintaining a consistent, elevated brand aesthetic across every touchpoint.
- Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen the brand: new content formats, elevated executions, gaps in the visual system, moments worth showing up for.
- Bring creative concepts and directions to the CMO for input and alignment — you're leading the work, not waiting to be told what to make.
- Develop and maintain visual systems, templates, and brand standards that help the whole team move faster and stay consistent.

**Marketing Design, Digital & Ecommerce**

- Design across social, email, paid media, web, ecommerce, and campaign touchpoints with a clear point of view on what makes content perform and feel on-brand.
- Create assets that serve campaign messaging, brand standards, promotions, launches, and ecommerce goals.
- Develop elevated PDP assets that communicate product benefits, features, and brand positioning clearly and compellingly.
- Support sales and promotional campaigns across email, ads, homepage placements, PLP cards, and other site touchpoints.
- Build mockups for site updates, campaign ideas, and merchandising concepts with enough speed and polish to move conversations forward.

**Paid Media, Social & Video**

- Create weekly static, GIF, and short-form video ad creative for Meta and other paid channels — leading asset handoff to agency partners and applying performance data to future creative.
- Work with our Social Media Manager to produce short-form video content for paid and organic social: reels, story ads, product demos, UGC-style edits, and campaign content. Comfortable in a video editing timeline and familiar with what performs in-feed.
- Use AI-powered video and motion tools (CapCut, Gemini, or similar) to extend output and move faster without sacrificing quality.
- Support the Social Media Manager with templates, visual systems, and campaign assets that hold up across formats and placements.
- Provide creative input and support for Amazon, Target and Walmart PDP updates, A+ content, and storefront assets.

**AI-Powered Creative Workflow**

- Actively use AI tools — image generation, video enhancement, performance analysis, copywriting assist as a real part of your day-to-day workflow.
- Help the team identify where AI can accelerate production, improve testing velocity, or unlock creative that wouldn't otherwise be feasible at our size.
- Bring a point of view on emerging tools and advocate for the ones that make the team better.

**Packaging & Print**

- Support packaging design development for new and existing products.
- Prepare production-ready files, print specs, and artwork updates with strong attention to typography, color, hierarchy, and legal copy accuracy.
- Assist with hang tags, care tags, inserts, and other printed materials.
- Maintain organized files, templates, and creative systems that support efficient production.

**What You Bring**

- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required. Experience in Premiere Pro, CapCut or equivalent video editing preferred.
- Demonstrated experience using AI creative tools as a real part of how you work, not just awareness of them.
- Experience designing for marketing channels — you understand how creative supports campaign goals, not just how it looks.
- A bias for action: you move, you make things, you ask for feedback rather than waiting for permission.
- Comfortable proposing creative direction with a goal of being an art or creative director and bringing stakeholders along — you can defend a decision, take input gracefully, and know the difference between the two.
- A portfolio that shows range: strong typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling, plus AI image and/or video generation, video or motion work.
