## Who you are

- Available for a 6-month fixed-term contract until the end of December 2026

- Experience in AdTech, Retail Media, eCommerce or performance advertising
- Strong interest in data, analytics and performance-driven business models

## What the job involves

Criteo Retail Media enables retailers to monetize their digital properties by connecting brands with high-intent shoppers close to the point of purchase. As Retail Media continues to scale across Europe, we are expanding our Client Success team to support growth across Benelux & Nordics. Retail Media sits at the intersection of commerce, advertising and data, requiring strong analytical thinking combined with commercial and technical execution.

As a Client Success Manager (6-month fixed term contract), you will manage a portfolio of retail partners across Benelux & Nordics and support the growth and adoption of Criteo's Retail Media solutions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally, focusing on day-to-day execution, performance analysis and client satisfaction. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Manage existing relationships with leading retail eCommerce players in Benelux & Nordics market, with the aim of building/growing strong partnerships
- Ensure client retention / satisfaction and grow inventory and yield
- Moderate all business discussions with the client with the support of technical, demand or legal teams, around contract, product integration and sales
- Run thoughtful, data driven Quarterly Business Reviews
- Aim to overachieve quarterly business targets
- Persevere and think big picture
- Play an ongoing role as an evangelist for Retail Media

## Who you are

- 5+ years of management experience in Account Strategy
- Proven track record working with brands, ideally in Retail Media
- Experience managing or collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Fluent French as a must
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Client and partner leadership
- Ability to identify and manage one's own emotions, as well as the emotions of others
- Strong self-criticism and openness for feedback and coaching

## What the job involves

- As a Team Lead Account Strategy for France, you will manage a team of 5 account strategists in order to grow the business with our existing advertisers and media agencies, through a multi-retailer and multi-product proposition cycle to close incremental opportunities thanks to the powerful insights of Criteo. You will be working with some of the largest & well-known brands with a focus on FMCG and Consumer Electronics
- Lead a team of Account Strategists through example, by showing excellence in your current role and delivering consistent achievement against specific aggressive targets – Onboard new intern
- Effectively manage relationships with top advertisers, develop strong relationships with top customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
- Proactively identify and suggest new processes toward enhancing Criteo's service
- Encourage feedback from customers to further strengthen Criteo's products and services
- Act as 'point of contact' for escalation issues
- Identify team members' strengths and areas of development and support their growth
- Conduct 121's with your team members weekly as well as team meetings
- Report to your senior management on performance, market conditions, fluctuations in numbers and team growth/development potential or needs
- Provide full prospect pipeline management and reporting, budget planning, forecasting, financial administrative coordination
- Work collaboratively with internal partners from different departments to ensure excellent client service delivery and team alignment
