## Role Overview

We are an in-house creative organization for Sony PlayStation® that specializes in marketing everything PlayStation® related. The Global Creative Team is seeking an experienced, hands-on, creative, and detail-focused Senior Digital Experience Designer to join forces with our team & contribute their design experiences and co-lead the delivery for our creative project marketing touchpoints worldwide.

This role will report to the Sr Design Manager to liaise with other cross-functional departments and deliver Digital creative for mid to high complexity projects on schedule and on-brand. Our work is seen by millions, from national retail environments to limited edition hardware, to exclusive game titles, to official PlayStation® apparel that fans wait hours in line to get their hands on.

Serve as one of the design leads for key PlayStation.com and CRM projects, while supporting our expanding workload across a wide range of initiatives, including game / hardware launches, brand and sales campaigns, emails, new business initiatives, UI/UX support, and other creative projects. Support the development and enhancement of SIE brand best practices, production techniques, and workflows.

## What you'll be doing:

- Co-Lead the day-to-day digital design & production tasks of layout, template-building, edits, and final file prep for PlayStation.com & CRM.
- Define page design and user flows for new & existing pages across the end-to-end journey
- Take direction from other design leads and support and oversee the work of more junior members
- Collaborate and communicate with design leadership, project managers, and traffic coordinators.
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure the work and production quality meets PlayStation® brand and design standards.
- Present design efforts in front of small groups, over email, and/or through visual presentations to a wide audience of various backgrounds.
- Take initiatives to better understand industry and competitor approaches through in-store, online, and design publication research.
- Develop Localized artwork for PlayStation.com & CRM
- Rework game and hardware assets into various banners for PlayStation.com & CRM, to meet the standard requirements for publishing.
- Support updating Marketing brand and technical guidelines.

## What we're looking for:

- Proven experience in digital and production design within a dynamic marketing environment, gained either in-house or at an agency.
- Strong experience designing web, mobile and CRM layouts in Figma using established design-system components, with a proven ability to optimize user journeys for clarity, efficiency, and conversion
- Expert knowledge of Figma & Adobe Creative Cloud & (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Design theory, including layout, color, typography, hierarchy, as well as current design trends.
- Ability to conceptualize in quick, broad strokes and big, creative ways, but able to see ideas through to the last details of file organization and clean-up, adhering to template specs, proofing content, and spellchecking.
- Experience designing across a wide variety of digital media and formats.
- Ability to follow design instructions and implement style guides.
- Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced, and dynamic corporate environment while staying deadline-focused on multiple projects with composure and ease.
- Flexible, team player, devoid of ego, with enthusiasm for collaboration and a willingness to take direction and offer own insights.

PlayStation is seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join the team on a 12-month temporary contract, with the possibility of extension.

Your role is to bring to life brand, hardware, software and peripherals global marketing strategies locally by developing, adapting and executing campaigns that create impact and resonate with local audiences.

Leading the execution of go-to-market strategies, you will coordinate across multiple internal Business Units, acting as a key point of contact to ensure alignment and delivery of campaign activities.
