Fractional Controller – Remote (Approx. 10-15 hrs/week)

Candidate should reside in the Midwestern United States, preferably NE Ohio

Point One International, Ltd., a dynamic and growing business operating across six profit centers (including eCommerce and 3PL services), is seeking a highly skilled Fractional Controller to join our team on a part-time, remote basis.

You’ll work directly with the CFO to provide strategic financial guidance, enhance visibility across operations and manage consolidated financial reporting across multiple business units.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage cash flow planning, forecasting, and working capital strategy
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting across 6 distinct profit centers
- Develop and monitor departmental and company-wide budgets
- Improve and document financial processes and internal controls
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and funding needs
- Review and refine financial reports and chart of accounts in QuickBooks
- Ensure financial accuracy and prepare documentation for CPA review and compliance

**You must have:**

- 5 years minimum of proven experience as a Controller or senior finance professional
- Extensive Cash Management Experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, multi-entity financial reporting and financial strategy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop preferred

**Bonus if you have experience with:**

- E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
- Fulfillment/logistics or multi-segment businesses
- Consolidating and reporting across multiple business units
- Forecasting tools or advanced Excel modeling
