Together, we combine strategic insight with operational precision to ensure every event delivers clear impact.
Initially, you will focus on
- Planning and executing flagship Canadian events, including CA Roadshows, Xerocon, and external industry sponsorships.
- Managing event budgets, venue selection, vendor contract negotiations, and on-site delivery across all workstreams.
- Leveraging event technology platforms and evaluating performance data to deliver strategic post-event recommendations and ROI insights.
- Optimising operational processes and frameworks to build consistency, efficiency, and scale across all regional event activities.
Where and how you can work
This is a full-time contract (maternity cover) position based in Canada. We offer a flexible working environment that combines remote work with opportunities to connect with our North American team for collaborative moments and key events.

- Proven skill in managing complex budgets, analysing event performance data, and translating key learnings into strategic recommendations.
- A background in adapting smoothly to changing priorities while balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
