Senior Sales Operations (1- year fixed - term contract)
Role Overview: As a Senior Sales Operations, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing sales operations through a combination of administrative excellence, business systems management, reporting, and process support. Working closely with Sales Leadership, you will help drive operational efficiency by managing critical sales processes, maintaining accurate business data, producing meaningful insights, and ensuring the sales team has the tools and support needed to succeed. Your work will contribute directly to the effectiveness and productivity of the sales organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales order processing, tracking, and related administrative activities.
- Develop, update, and maintain customer quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer, account, and opportunity data across business systems.
- Create, maintain, and analyse sales performance reports, dashboards, and key metrics.
- Support Salesforce CRM administration activities, including data quality, reporting, user support, and process improvements.
- Work closely with Sales Leadership to provide operational support, reporting insights, and process recommendations.
- Coordinate sales-related activities, meetings, communications, and follow-up actions.
- Provide administrative support for contract, pricing, approval, and e-signature processes.
- Respond to internal and external queries, helping to resolve operational and customer-related issues.
- Support the administration of sales technologies and business systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare presentations, training materials, and process documentation as required.
Skills Required:
- Sales Operations: Understanding of sales support, sales operations, or commercial operations processes.
- Salesforce CRM: Experience using Salesforce CRM, including reporting, dashboard creation, data management, and user support.
- Reporting & Analytics: Ability to create, maintain, and interpret reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics.
- Administrative Excellence: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and processes effectively.
- Quote & Pricing Support: Experience supporting quoting, pricing, approval workflows, or related sales processes.
- Documentation: Ability to create and maintain accurate, professional business documents and sales materials.
- Business Systems: Experience working with CRM, sales automation, and other business applications.
- E-Signature Platforms: Familiarity with electronic signature solutions such as Adobe Sign, DocuSign, Conga, or similar tools.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, investigate root causes, and implement practical solutions.
