Fractional Lead Account Manager

The Role

Reporting to the COO of Zorba Americas, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and coordinating projects across the agency.

This is a highly operational role within a small and fast-moving team. We're looking for someone proactive, organized, collaborative, and comfortable navigating both client communication and production coordination.

You'll work closely with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to help deliver integrated campaigns and content.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with assigned clients and key accounts
• Coordinate projects internally with Creative, Strategy, and Production teams
• Support the development of strategic and creative recommendations
• Lead client communications, meetings, and follow-ups
• Translate client briefs into clear internal project direction
• Help build timelines, budgets, and scopes alongside production teams
• Ensure smooth project execution from briefing through delivery
• Monitor project progress, invoicing, and reporting
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support business growth

Profile

• 4–6 years of experience in a similar client services / account management role
• Experience in a creative agency or in-house marketing / communication environment
• Strong client relationship and project coordination skills
• Experience working with Beauty, Wellness, or Lifestyle brands
• Good understanding of integrated production workflows and content development
• Comfortable in a fast-paced / entrepreneurial environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
