Who you are

  • You bring a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, and brand strategy, ideally within a direct-to-patient or direct-to-consumer environment
  • You speak fluent German, enabling you to effectively navigate and lead our initiatives in key DACH markets, alongside professional fluency in English
  • You have a proven track record of managing multi-market campaigns, substantial marketing budgets, and driving customer acquisition
  • You are highly analytical and data-driven, capable of utilizing complex attribution models and user insights to inform strategic decisions
  • You are an exceptional people manager who thrives on coaching leaders and building collaborative, high-performing teams
  • You are adaptable and ready to make an immediate impact in an interim capacity, navigating ambiguity with a clear bias for action and results

What the job involves

  • We are looking for an experienced and strategic marketing leader to join us as our VP of Growth for an initial 3 to 6-month interim period, with the possibility of extension
  • In this critical role, you will lead our direct-to-patient marketing efforts across Germany, Switzerland, and the UK
  • You will oversee the entire lead generation engine, driving both paid and unpaid marketing strategies to connect with people who need our care
  • Beyond managing day-to-day acquisition, you will shape our future growth strategy, optimize our conversion funnels, and take ownership of the Oviva brand architecture to elevate our presence across Europe
  • Own and deliver the generation of online patient leads through direct-to-patient marketing across all Oviva markets, managing budget forecasts, lead volume, and customer acquisition cost targets
  • Set the comprehensive growth marketing strategy for each market, defining key performance indicators for paid channels (e.g., Meta, Google, TV) and unpaid channels (e.g., SEO, PR, organic social)
  • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to implement conversion optimization measures, enhancing the overall user experience on our landing pages and registration flows
  • Drive additional growth projects to improve marketing efforts, including referral programs, testimonials, and influencer marketing
  • Take strategic ownership of the Oviva brand by utilizing market research insights for creative campaign planning and brand awareness decisions
  • Measure team success using data-driven insights to continually improve performance and marketing ROI
  • Coach, develop, and inspire a team of direct reports (including the Head of Performance Marketing, Organic Growth Lead, and Marketing Designer), while fostering strong cross-functional relationships

Work Arrangement: Remote from Germany
