I've been recruiting for a decade and worked for some of the biggest brands in tech, like Meta, Uber, Verizon, and Yahoo, hiring primarily for backend/infrastructure engineers, mobile engineers, and GTM teams. At Meta, I managed a team a recruiting for ML engineers, and led my team through a complete pipeline pivot based on hiring priorities.
