### What You'll Own

**1. LinkedIn Growth & Organic Execution (40%)**

· Build and operate our LinkedIn engine.

· Responsibilities:
  · Create and manage monthly LinkedIn content calendar
  · Publish and manage content for:
    o Optimum Retailing company page
    o Executive accounts (CEO + leadership)
  · Repurpose existing assets into social content:
    o Customer stories
    o Webinars
    o Trade shows
    o Product launches
    o Demos
    o Thought leadership
  · Maintain posting cadence:
    o 3–5 company posts/week
    o 2 executive posts/week
  · Drive measurable improvement in:
    o Engagement
    o Followers
    o Executive reach
    o Content performance

**2. LinkedIn Paid Media & Demand Generation (40%)**

Own campaign execution and optimization.

· Responsibilities:
  o Build and optimize
  o Sponsored Content
  o Conversation Ads
  o Retargeting campaigns
  o Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  o Event promotion
  o Executive visibility campaigns
  · Manage:
    o Audience segmentation
    o CRM integration
    o Conversion tracking
    o Budget pacing
    o Weekly optimization
  · Execute against annual media budgets ranging from:
    o CAD $50K–$250K
  · Success metrics:
    o Cost per meeting
    o Marketing-sourced pipeline
    o Qualified demo requests
    o Account engagement
    o CPL
    o CTR
    o Event meetings booked

**3. Reporting & Operations (20%)**

Operate like an extension of our internal team.

Responsibilities:

· Weekly performance dashboard
· Monthly business review
· Campaign insights and recommendations
· Attribution reporting
· Optimization roadmap

### Required Experience

You must have:

· 5–10+ years in B2B demand generation
· Deep expertise with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
· Experience running enterprise SaaS growth programs
· Strong understanding of:
  o HubSpot
  o CRM attribution
  o Executive social growth
  o ABM programs
  o Event amplification
· Proven examples of:
  o Growing LinkedIn audiences
  o Building executive presence
  o Generating qualified meetings and pipeline

### What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

**First 2 Weeks**

We are looking for a hands-on LinkedIn growth and paid media specialist to own execution

—not strategy decks.

This role is responsible for turning content, campaigns, events, and executive visibility into

measurable pipeline growth.

**What You’ll Own**
