Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Fractional COO / Founding Operations Director to help lead the company through its next stage of growth. This role will focus on improving operational efficiency, strengthening business processes, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and helping build scalable systems across the organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operational leader who can work closely with senior leadership and translate business goals into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and profitability.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems, processes, and organizational structure.
- Support business development initiatives, including identifying new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
- Lead and oversee projects and strategic programs from planning through execution.
- Develop and implement change management strategies during periods of organizational growth and transition.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and operational performance analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators and use business data to support informed decision-making.
- Work closely with senior leadership to establish priorities, improve accountability, and drive execution.
- Support leadership development and help build high-performing teams.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across departments and with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management, executive leadership, or a comparable senior management role.
- Experience in manufacturing, production, distribution, or a related industry strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success improving business processes, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.
- Strong background in strategic planning and business development.
- Experience managing projects, programs, and organizational change.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and profit and loss management.
- Ability to analyze operational and financial data and turn findings into practical business decisions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working directly with executives, owners, or senior leadership teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, establish priorities, and drive projects to completion.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $297,222.00 - $315,709.00 per year
